Perfect sushi needs the right extras. Add extra soy sauce, ginger, wasabi or one of our sauces to your order and tailor the taste of every roll to your liking.

Sushi extras

• The classics – soy sauce, pickled ginger and wasabi – sushi is hard to imagine without them.
• Mild and sweet sauces – mango sauce and teriyaki sauce.
• Spicy sauces – chili sauce, mango chili, chili mayo and sriracha.
• Kids' chopsticks – make eating sushi easier for the little ones.

Our sauces go well not only with rolls and sushi sets, but also with snacks, sushi burgers and poke bowls.

Frequently asked questions

What is ginger for when eating sushi?

Pickled ginger cleanses the palate between pieces of sushi, so you can fully enjoy the flavour of every roll.

Which sauce should I choose for sushi?

The classic choice is soy sauce with a touch of wasabi. Teriyaki goes great with tempura and baked rolls, and spice lovers should try sriracha or chili mayo.
